Responsibilities

• Providing day to day support and management of the D365 environment
• Tuning the logging and ingest processes
• Configuring journeys
• Rebuilding the deployment pipelines using Azure Devops (currently very manual)
• Migrating our Marketing team from Outbound Marketing to the newer Realtime Marketing module
• Rebuilding the subscription process for our customer newsletter (Morning Business Roundup) in D365
• Improving integration with PowerBI and working with our PowerBI teams to build sales/marketing BI reporting
• Also potentially taking over support and maintenance of the internal platform C# app that syncs client/adviser data from our core systems into D365
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI
• Proficiency C# programming language and Azure DevOps
• Proven track record of successfully delivering related projects
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and modules
• Possess expertise in Azure Cloud Services
• Capable of seamlessly integrating data with the Snowflake Data Platform
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as experience in working directly with foreign clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both English and Vietnamese
• Familiarity with version control systems and development best practices
