A mid-sized, critical federal government agency is undergoing a large-scale uplift of their core platforms - and they're after a Dynamics 365 Developer to join the transformation effort.
You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to build and enhance solutions in D365 Customer Service and Power Platform, modernising key service areas for real-world impact.
This isn't a maintenance gig - it's hands-on engineering, system integration, and software design across a complex environment that demands clean, secure, scalable code.
Building solutions in D365 Customer Service (essential), Power Platform, C#/.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript
Designing and delivering complex software components, integrations, and UI/UX improvements
Applying secure coding practices, testing coverage, recovery techniques, and change control
Estimating effort, debugging, documenting, and owning the SDLC end-to-end
Contributing to configuration, tooling, risk mitigation, and platform performance
Providing feedback and mentoring in line with agile, policy-driven practices
Operating in a hybrid agile delivery environment using modern Microsoft technologies
✅ Proven experience developing in D365 Customer Service - Essential
✅ Strong across the Microsoft stack: .NET Framework/Core, Power Platform, SQL, JS
✅ Demonstrated capability in secure, standards-based software development
✅ Experience with UI/UX design and full application lifecycle management
✅ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models
✅ Vocational certifications in relevant modern technologies (Microsoft, Azure, AWS)
✅ Australian citizenship and eligibility for Baseline clearance - Essential
