1. Overall Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Applications Developer who will play a pivotal role in building in-house Line of Business applications utilising the Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations domain, Azure DevOps and background in X++ development. The candidates have experience in Power Platform, Dataverse would also be an advantage.

2. Main Duties of Job:

• Develop and customize D365 FO solutions using X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Design, code, test, and implement innovative customer engagement solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Design, build, and deploy data entities, reports (SSRS), workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Perform debugging and performance optimization of existing solutions.
• Develop and maintain extensions and customizations using X++.
• Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements, implementation details, and implement permission policies and security requirements.
• Monitor performance, analyse, and manipulate data. Provide technical support and troubleshooting issues.
• Work collaboratively within the UK&VN teams, adhering to Agile and MS DevOps development methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative project progress.
• Work collaborative with other team members and stakeholders from UK.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards and best practices, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable software solutions.
• Attend daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint planning sessions.

3. Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Must have 03+ YOE in software development and 02+ YOE in developing business logic using X++, SQLServer and C# programming languages for customizations & configurations for FinOps module.
• Have knowledge in D365 Finance and Operations domain. Good knowledge and experience using the underlying framework, data structures, and objects associated with the finance and operations solutions.
• Has experience in electronic reporting, financial reporting and SSRS reporting tool.
• FinOps integrations with external systems, third party systems including D365 apps of Dynamics 365 suite.
• Provide endpoints and APIs to support Microsoft Power Platform apps and external systems.
• Manage implementations by using application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Has experience in the use of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework for software development process.
• Ability work well in individual as well as in a team across multiple locations.
• Good English communication both in verbal and writing.
