Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Technical Consultant/Architect. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to identify and address requirements across various divisions, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing. Your focus will be on designing solutions that align with the unique needs of each division. The company utilizes highly customized CRM/CE systems across its operations, and you will be instrumental in optimizing and supporting these customizations to enhance user experience.

We are looking for individuals who not only recognize the need for change but also can lead design and architecture efforts, drive implementation, and actively engage in hands-on solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with users and stakeholders to identify requirements and design solutions suited to specific divisions.
• Analyze and improve existing customizations within CRM/CE systems to optimize user experience.
• Lead the design and architectural planning, drive implementation, and contribute hands-on to develop solutions.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with CRM/CE systems, covering all project stages from implementation to customization and support.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interface effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service. Additional module experience is advantageous.
• Development expertise using technologies such as Power Platform, Power Automate, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and Plugins.
• Proven capability in identifying requirements and implementing changes to enhance CRM/CE systems and applications.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a significant plus.
