Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 and Azure Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical leadership and architecture skills to support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/F&O) and Azure Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Lead the implementation of solutions across Dynamics CRM, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure services.
• Ensure adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and security standards.
• Guide development teams by providing architectural direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and reliability issues.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 and Azure architecture roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and/or Finance & Operations).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and more.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to design, document, and implement cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers/engineers.
