Position Summary:
The Dual Enrollment Coordinator will help plan, administer, enhance, and continue the expansion of the TCNJ - Dual Enrollment Program. There are currently 14 district partners (24 different high schools), with over 1200 students taking over 1500 courses. Reporting to the Executive Director for Student Success and Retention, this position is highly collaborative and will work extensively with the Vice President for Enrollment Management and multiple units within that division, Academic Deans, TCNJ Faculty, High School Administrators and High School Teachers. Working with external and internal partners, the Coordinator will assess marketing, recruitment, and engagement needs to develop a strategic approach to the expansion of the program. They will develop responses to meet the needs of high schools/districts, grow dual enrollment within those schools, and participate in the development and implementation of strategies that promote student completion across equity groups. The Dual Enrollment Coordinator handles multiple projects simultaneously and interprets operating policies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the expansion, development, and implementation of the Dual Enrollment Program; manage and provide vision for and expertise in dual enrollment models, course articulation agreements, and dual enrollment to the campus, local schools, and community.
* Establish and sustain productive relationships with local school districts and community partners; develop relationships within and outside of the College to develop and sustain student recruitment and outreach partnerships; work with administrators and counselors at schools in the various districts and within the College to deepen stakeholder partnerships across sectors.
* Develop and manage recruitment efforts; ensure planning and implementation of strategies to meet the Colleges enrollment goals; participate in recruitment and informational events in the community and on campus.
* Conduct needs assessment specific to dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment, and early college programs in collaboration with local schools and districts.
* Develop, implement, and assess processes and strategies to support dual enrolled students at all levels to promote the growth, development, marketing, and administration of the Dual Enrollment Program, including the development and dissemination of guidelines for faculty, schools, students, and academic departments and divisions.
* Oversee the development of the course offerings for each school site by collaborating with academic departments and divisions; ensure coordination of support services to faculty at high school sites.
* Assess and review the Dual Enrollment Program in the annual program review process; recommend data-driven improvements for effectiveness demonstrating collaborative and data-driven decision making in the program review and improvement process.
* Collaborate to develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies related to the College and Dual Enrollment Program, publications, distribution of brochures, catalogs, schedule of classes, and other recruitment materials; making presentations at schools, districts, and community events.
* Evaluate and project income and expenditures related to marketing and dual enrollment tuition.
* Coordinates with Institutional Research and Analytics and other appropriate groups to meaningfully set metrics and collect, analyze, recommend, and disseminate institutional qualitative and quantitative data to measure the progress of dual enrollment students and the program.
* Ensure student equity and student success-related issues are an integral aspect of all institutional initiatives and strategic planning; reports on the summative and cumulative progress of all established efforts and initiative
* Work with campus offices such as Student Accounts, Records & Registration, and Admissions to maintain a smooth and seamless progression from registration through grading and the transcripting students.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's required, MA or MS preferred.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills3-5 years experience in higher education and/or school districts.
* Ability to work with Deans, Administrators, Superintendents and other high-level officials.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with budget management.
* Previous experience with Dual Enrollment programs.
* Previous experience with higher education student information systems and CRM software (such as PeopleSoft, Banner, Slate, etc.).
* Proficient in the use of MS Suite of applications (Word, Excel, Access) and Google applications (Google Docs, Google Forms, etc.).
* Experience with secondary education (9th -12th grade).
