工作职责:

Position Summary

Be responsible for leading the eTransmission software development. Work with the TCU development stakeholder team and follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional and global teams to put together technical product development plan
• Use BorgWarner tools to track and analyze requirements
• Review technical specifications from customers and assess effort estimates to develop new products
• Resource planning and estimation
• Develop Feature and Function plan
• Monitor, measure, and report performance at a project level (metrics)
• Track and plan inputs/output deliverables from/to other competencies to coordinate product releases
• Customer and Project Management contact for planning topics
• Conduct project level risk management
• Support the software change management process
• Negotiate timing and content of deliveries with internal customers, suppliers, and project teams
• Drive software process adherence and compliance with Quality Assurance standards
• Supporting the software & control development process creation
• Supporting the software & control competency build up
  

任职条件:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years’ project experience in TCU software development in automotive industry (required)
• 3+ years of embedded software project management
• Project experience with Matlab/Simulink and Stateflow and auto-coding (required)
• Project Experience in AUTOSAR software development and configuration (required), better on Vector Microsar Tools Chain
• Project experience on CAN/CANFD protocol stack (required)
• Experience working with global development teams and consultant company
• Good English skills in both written and verbal (required)
• Familiar with CMMI or Automotive SPICE (preferred)
• Familiar with MotoHawk and MicroAutoBox RCPs
• Experience with Vector CAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape/CANoe/CANdela etc. (preferred)
• Experience of script languages such as Python, matlab script (preferred)
• Good driving skills preferred
