工作职责:

Being responsible for detailed eTransmission design, including 3D CAD modelling, 2D print generation, basic calculation execution, design analysis, drawing release.

○ Working closely with product engineer to support eTransmission development.

○ Conducting detailed eTransmission design.

○ Performing the design calculation and analysis per mechanical system requirements.

○ Creating and maintenance of component level DFMEAs.

○ Providing direction or issuing CAE/NVH requests, as needed, for analysis of assemblies and components.

○ Developing and monitoring of component ADVP&R's with validation engineer.

○ Issuing lab work orders providing direction for tests, component modifications, and inspection as needed.

○ Conducting component design release review as requested.

○ Conducting technical review with suppliers.

○ Developing engineering specifications and requirements for the components.

○ Support root cause analysis for failure parts from bench and vehicle test.

○ Working closely with global R&D team in product development.

○ Support the product knowledge/design guideline database build up

任职条件:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• 5+ years Transmission Design working experience
• 3+ years working experience on xEV product design beneficial
• Deep understanding of e-Axle or electrical/hybrid powertrain development
• Master of Creo. AutoCAD, Catia and/or UG beneficial.
• Skilled in usage of TeamCenter
• Skilled in usage of DFMEA
• Skilled in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,…)
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
