Position Summary:

We are looking for a DTC Marketing Coordinator with great project management skills, an affinity for storytelling, and a data-driven, analytical mindset. You will be responsible for executing seasonal marketing calendars and strategies, implementing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. You will work closely with other members of the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams, ensuring that we’re meeting deadlines and providing excellent customer experience. This role is fast-paced and requires a person who can quickly learn new skills and adapt to shifting priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content creation for email and SMS campaigns, effectively utilizing storytelling, copywriting, product and image selection, and specifying target audiences to drive channel and site engagement, as well as inventory sell-through
  • Delivering timely and efficient email / SMS execution, communicating campaign requirements, revisions, and approvals to marketing, design, and development partners
  • Delivering timely and efficient execution of site updates and ongoing site improvements, communicating task requirements, revisions, and approvals to marketing, design and e-commerce partners
  • Facilitating and communicating schedule or content changes, as needed, in response to marketing calendar updates
  • Responsible for execution of promotions, managing processes and communicating requirements, revisions and approvals to marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing partners
  • Creating product names, descriptions and details for onsite product pages - utilizing keywords, highlighting features, styling or lifestyle selling points, and specifying collection inclusion
  • Running weekly and monthly email and SMS reports – observing customer engagement and continuously improving upon KPI and sales results
  • Maintaining knowledge and awareness of overall inventory, category selling, and product performance
  • Delivering accurate customer-facing messaging, maintaining brand standards, and brand voice across all applicable marketing channels

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of retail marketing experience, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Copywriting and content creation experience
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing preferred
  • Data driven with analytical skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience using project management systems, such as JIRA
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly
  • Demonstrated initiative toward continuous improvement
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
