Data Quality Assessment: Conduct regular data quality assessments to identify issues and areas for improvement. Use data profiling, data auditing, and data validation techniques to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
Data Quality Monitoring and Reporting: Implement data quality monitoring systems to continuously track data quality metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Develop dashboards and reports that highlight data quality issues and track progress against data quality goals.
Issue Resolution and Root Cause Analysis: Identify the root causes of data quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions. Establish processes for data cleansing, correction, and enrichment to maintain high data quality standards.
Data Quality Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce data quality standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization. Ensure that data quality principles are integrated into data management processes and systems.
Collaboration with Data Governance and Engineering: Work closely with data governance and data engineering teams to ensure that data quality requirements are incorporated into data governance frameworks and data architecture designs. Collaborate with internal customers within the Technology division and other parts of the business to understand their data quality requirements and desired outcomes.
Ensure that data quality initiatives meet the needs of business stakeholders, providing them with reliable and timely access to high-quality data.
Develop data quality solutions that enhance the ability to analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and trends, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Operations
Design and implement robust data quality processes that integrate data from various sources into analytics and BI platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation, cleansing, and transformation processes.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to established standards.
Use advanced data quality techniques to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize processes and resource allocation.
Financial Result
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through data-driven insights and quality management solutions, supporting the financial objectives of the organization.
Create data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms that enable timely and informed decision-making by business leaders.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Strong experience in data quality management, data governance, or a related field.
Certification in data quality tools or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) desirable.
Proficiency in data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Talend, Trillium, IBM Infosphere or similar platforms.
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.
Knowledge and experience working with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and tools like Power BI / Tableau / SSMS, etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Experience in implementing data quality controls, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Some knowledge or experience of working in the Supply Chain & Logistics domain would be beneficial.
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Min. bachelor’s degree in computer science, data management, or a related field with specialized knowledge in data quality management. At least 8-10 years of related work experience.
