Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drum Instructor located in Greenwood, IN. The Drum Instructor will be responsible for teaching drum lessons to students of various skill levels, preparing lesson plans, and helping students to develop their musical abilities. Additional duties include assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The Drum Instructor will also collaborate with other music instructors and participate in recitals and other events organized by Rockstars of Tomorrow Greenwood.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Drum Set and Music Performance skills
• Strong understanding of Music Theory and Music Education principles
• Experience in teaching a range of students from beginners to advanced levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with a variety of musical genres
• Patience and ability to motivate students
• Degree in Music or related field is preferred
