Primary Job Duties
Scan drug and alcohol records (CCF, ATF & MRO) using high-speed scanners.
Organize and label digital files accurately according to established naming conventions.
Ensure scanned documents are legible, complete, and free of scanning errors.
Perform quality checks on scanned documents to verify accuracy and integrity.
Upload digital files to the company’s document management system.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
Assist with filing, retrieval, or disposal of physical records as needed.
Collaborate with drug and alcohol and records teams to resolve any discrepancies.
Follow FAA/DOT and company guidelines for document retention and handling.
Understand timeframes for documents to be held per FAA regulations (49 CFR part 120).
