Job Description

Immediate opening for a driver and customer service associate to deliver, assemble customer orders, and admin support for a high-end dry cleaners in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. Schedule is 3-4 days per week, starts at 7 am until finished, 25 hours per week. Interpersonal skills are a must.

Pay

• $18 to $20 per hour
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week at 7 am to 3 pm
• Previous dry cleaners experience a plus but not required.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and pick to assigned routes using company van
• Excellent customer service
• Tagging and marking incoming items
• Assembly of orders
• Resolves service problems via phone or email
• Accurately records client information
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a valid California driver's license
• Driving record must meet the requirements of company's insurance carrier
• Must be professional and provide excellent customer service
• Must speak English, basic computer skills
