McLean Contracting Company is looking to hire Dredge Operators to join our team in the Chesapeake, VA area. Ideal candidates will have 5+years of experience as a Clamshell bucket dredging operator; Liebherr and Lima experience preferred. Must be NCCCO certified and able to operate excavators, bulldozers and cranes. Must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation to work and able to pass a physical. Must be able to pass a Homeland Security background check to qualify for a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
