Design and Build are recruiting a Drafting Team Leader (ArchiCAD) to join an exceptional team that believes in quality over quantity. Delivering various Medium Density projects, there is a promising pipeline of works offering a long-term position.

About The Role

• Reviewing site levels and designing site works
• Reviewing structural engineering and energy requirements
• Liaising with internal and external departments, professional consultants, planning authorities and key suppliers
• Assisting with production and construction enquiries
• Assisting with Town Planning and Council applications
  
  

Skills & Experience

• A minimum of five years experience as a Senior Draftsperson in the residential construction industry
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is required for this position
• Experience in both Production and also Masters
• Must be up to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards)
