We are looking for a drafting supervisor that could coordinate the workflow to the rest of the department along with managing their own plan draws. Hanson Builders is a top privately held homebuilding company in the Twin Cities area building homes between $600k-$5M

Responsibilities

-Working directly with the drafting department as well as field and office personell

-Managing the workflow of plan draws and meeting deadlines for client meetings, permit submittals and model completions

-Drafting of residential building plans and review of other team members work

-Coordination of lot fits, surveys, truss & structural information, window orders, permit submittals, development approvals, along with review and approval of all drafting documents for our staff and vendor partners

Qualifications

-AutoCAD proficient

-Organizational skills to understand overall company process and goals

-Scheduling of workflow and managing deadlines
