Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks

The contractor shall assist with hourly IT Staff Augmentation Services (non-project-oriented) by performing the following tasks:

1. IT Support for .NET Systems
2. Support Multi Language Translation (MLT) Framework
3. Provide Design Recommendations aligned with long-term IT strategies
4. Develop Enterprise-Level Applications and custom integrations including major enhancements, interfaces, and features
5. Utilize Various Platforms to deliver automated system applications
6. Application Integration Expertise across Commerce systems
7. Plan, Design & Develop Complex Solutions using advanced software engineering processes
8. Assist in Complex Support Problems
9. Develop Programming Standards and Architectures for code reuse
10. Apply Modern Application Development Methodologies
11. Research and Evaluate Emerging Technologies
12. Conduct Code Reviews
13. Support Issues and Adjudication Framework including:

• Appeals
• SIDES
• Batches
• Correspondences
• Fact-finding templates
• Claims processing

1. Serve as a Technical Expert across multiple disciplines
2. Act as Consultant, Mentor, and Change Agent
3. Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO):

• Build/release automation
• Branching/merging strategies
• Custom tasks, roles, and permissions
• Build definitions (VSO/XAML)

1. Participate in Technical Change Control Board Activities including:

• Code refactoring
• Design reviews
• ROM (Read Only Memory) estimates

🎓 Education & Experience

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 10 years of experience with:

• .NET (4.5 through 8.0)
• C#, ASP.NET
• Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture
• Visual Studio 2015 or higher

1. Strong Object-Oriented Programming background
2. Database Design & Development (Oracle, MS SQL)
3. SQL Performance Tuning
4. Expertise with Azure DevOps for:

• Source control
• Build & release pipelines
• CI/CD
• Deployment configurations

1. Application development methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
2. Debugging, testing, and support for production deployments
