Job Description:

We are seeking a Door & Window Service Technician to address service requests, assess issues, and find appropriate solutions for those issues.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing service requests, assessing issues, and finding appropriate solutions for those issues
• Performing door and window repairs and/or replacements
• Utilizing hand and power tools to install parts and make repairs
• Communicating effectively with customers throughout the service process
• Detailing work performed, material lists, and customer interactions
• Maintaining product and installation knowledge through manufacturer training
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Technically minded and solution oriented
• Customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of basic building materials
• Proficiency with tools including measuring devices
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
