Kforce is looking for a Domain Architect for a hybrid position with a financial organization in the downtown Kansas City, MO area. Day to Day Responsibilities: * The Domain Architect will develop and maintain domain reference architecture * Communicate the high-level integration of all apps under responsibility of the assigned domain area * Participate in cross domain reference architecture development * Serve as the domain architecture consultant for development teams * Participate in architecture reviews * Manage architecture exceptions for domain * Represent the domain area within the Enterprise Architecture committee and in technical consultation meetings with other teams within IT and the Lines of Business * As a Domain Architect, you will assist with incident events across all app codes within the domain area * Own and direct the management of domain specific documentation and interaction with the Information Security team* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience required * 3+ years of engineering experience in Domain (Business, Information, Applications, Technology Infrastructure) required * 3+ years of experience in producing design documentation, patterns, standards, or specifications preferred * 2+ years of experience designing and/or implementing enterprise applications and integrations required * Basic understanding of domain architecture * Previous experience with Java and/or C#
