Directly provides basic billing functions, clerical assistance and document organization as requested by the Infusion RCM Manager and/or designee.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of clerical, secretarial or office experience within a service-related company. Organizational, problem solving and communications skills, computer literacy, and math aptitude, required.

Office environment.
Special Physical Demands
Clear speech, adequate hearing, excellent listening skills are essential for effective performance. Repetitive filing motions required. Ability to multitask and work independently required.
Performance Requirements
Providing compliance to Administrative Filing policies & procedures:
Ensuring audit documents are in proper order for submission.
Ensuring appropriate documents are filed, emailed, scanned, and mailed.
Ensuring claims from remote employees are mailed with appropriate documentation.
Ability to organize and handle multiple emailed directives from billing staff.
Ability to order and inventory appropriate billing forms.
Mail distribution for billing department and phone coverage during breaks
Occasional basic billing functions for small clients
Complying with confidentiality policy and procedures
Asking questions when unsure of proper task performance
