RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule outbound and inbound shipments. Provide input and complete freight bills. Assist with the communications with carriers when issues arise. Make recommendations with regard to transportation, routing, carrier selection and assist to meet customer requirements.
Working knowledge of the company operations preferred.
Keeps customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
Collect and analyze service issue and carrier quality information and develop clear and concise reports.
Ensure all delivery deadlines and requirements are fulfilled
Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENT:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Knowledge of all Import/Export regulations and documents.
Must have bachelor's degree.
Must have 1 to 2 years of experience as Customer Service Representative & Documentation in courier company
