Overview
We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Officers to manage and maintain project-related documents, billing records, and assist with tender documentation. Candidates with experience in PPOM (Public Procurement Operations Manual) and tender-related work will be given top priority.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and organize documentation related to project site billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site-related documents and reports.
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents as per project requirements.
- Ensure documentation compliance with the Public Procurement Operations Manual (PPOM) and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and administrative departments for documentation needs.
- Handle correspondence and file management related to project activities.
- Support internal audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
- Perform other documentation and clerical tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must have completed +2 (Higher Secondary) or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Strong understanding of site billing processes and related works.
- Working knowledge of PPOM and tender procedures is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
