About the Job:


At NHC we are looking for a detail-oriented document controller to manage, track, and control the flow of documents across a large-scale infrastructure and building development project. This role involves ensuring that all documents are up-to-date, properly organized, easily accessible, and shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner using the company's Project Management Information System (PMIS).


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Manage, organize, and retrieve large volumes of documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure version control, track documents, and maintain compliance with internal standards.
  • Distribute project documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth and timely document flow.
  • Prepare reports and maintain document records such as RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and drawings.
  • Support auditing and handover processes to ensure a seamless transfer of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective document flow.
  • Track revisions and ensure document accuracy before sharing.
  • Handle large volumes of documents under pressure while meeting deadlines.


Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the engineering, construction, or real estate development industries.
  • Proficiency in document management systems such as PMIS, Primavera Unifier, Oracle, Aconex, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documents with high accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate with various teams (consultants, contractors, and internal teams) to ensure proper document flow.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in tracking revisions and ensuring the accuracy of documents.
