Document Control Specialist

Job Summary

The Document Control Specialist will manage and maintain critical records, ensure their accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with established guidelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a high standard of record integrity. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in document control, familiarity with regulatory standards, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70k - $90k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

In This Role You Will Engage In The Following

• Create and revise part numbers.
• Organize and process Engineering Change Orders.
• Create and modify BOM's (Bills of Materials).
• Manage and maintain documents and records.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of documents.
• Create and maintain the document control system for record-keeping.
• Review documents for compliance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in the system, data, or documentation.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders on document control issues.
• Understanding of BOMs and structures.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience with CSI (Cloud Suite Industrial) is a plus.
• Experience with document management software systems.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
