What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the company’s Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS), ensuring optimal system usage and compliance
  • Train and support internal teams on EQMS usage, providing tools and guidance to improve accuracy and understanding
  • Monitor and analyze documentation metrics and system performance, sharing insights with leadership
  • Manage and close out Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMs)
  • Maintain and continuously improve document control policies, processes, and quality standards
  • Facilitate document lifecycle management—including creation, review, revision, approval, and controlled distribution
  • Ensure consistent documentation across SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, forms, and records
  • Support regulatory and customer audits with accurate, accessible records and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation meets compliance, training, and quality standards


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality, Engineering, or Business preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in document control or quality management in a regulated environment
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or compliance
  • Experience working with, administering, or implementing EQMS platforms
  • Solid understanding of CAPAs, SCARs, NCRs, and complaint management
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, direct, and factual
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control software
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Committed to maintaining a methodical, predictable workflow and high documentation standards
