Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement document control procedures and policies to ensure consistent document management practices across the organization.
• Documents quality checking as the company standardization
• Monitoring and recording the document will reach its proper destination recipients
• Filling the documents to make sure the documents are organized to maintain traceability
• Document filling and organizing system documentation effectively
• Train employees on document control procedures and provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with document management processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the document control system to identify and resolve any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.

Capabilities

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or similar work experience with team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve document control issues.
