Techniplas has long-term relationships with many of the worlds leading automotive and industrial OEMs. POSITION SUMMARY: The Document Control Coordinator provides administrative support to the Plant Manager and other manufacturing team members to support with documentation related to the manufacturing process. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create and update Bills of Material (BOMs) Create and update Work Instructions Update various KPIs for presentations and postings Assist with Time Studies Assist with Packaging Improvement opportunities Perform Cycle Counts Root cause of inventory variances Document Control Comply with all Techniplas Environmental Requirements and Policies and report any observed Environmental hazards or incidents to immediate supervisor. Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED is required. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications with strong skills in MS Excel This work requires a great attention to detail and ability to keep documents & projects organized Demonstrate a good attitude and teamwork
