Summary

SUMMARY The Document controller’s responsibilities include printing, distributing, scanning and storing documents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1)Run Cutrite software and updating the Lam list 2) Creating and updating Production Folders 3) Entering Thanks Bills into SAP 4)Filing pictures in each Job folder COMPETENCIES 1) Ethical Conduct. 2) Communication Proficiency. 3) Technical Capacity. 4) Time Management. 5) Organizational Skills. 6) Thoroughness and attention to detail 7) Must be able to Excel 8) Must be able to use SAP 9) Must be capable of doing math SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in an office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception and ability to adjust focus. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., 40 hours per week. As job duties demand, additional work hours will be required. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1) Product knowledge and familiarity. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS 1) Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and SAP software. 2) Excellent Communication skills.
