Schedule: Monday-Friday, 37 hours/week (Flexible for FT or PT)
Position Summary
We're looking for a dedicated Doctor of Audiology to join our growing clinic. This role involves providing comprehensive hearing care, including diagnostics, treatment, counseling, and hearing aid fittings. You'll play a key role in patient satisfaction, clinic performance, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct hearing evaluations, interpret audiometric data, and create treatment plans
Fit and program hearing aids, provide aural rehab, cochlear implant mapping, and patient counseling
Follow up with patients, including "no" calls within 24 hours
Collaborate with front office to optimize schedules and meet growth and financial goals
Track key metrics (close rate, no-show rate, etc.) and support wellness programs
Maintain accurate records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in community outreach
Stay current through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
Au.D. or Master's in Audiology (Au.D. preferred)
Valid Audiologist License (Required)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills
