As a Django/DRF Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using the Django framework and Django Rest Framework. You will collaborate with a team of developers and work on both new projects and enhancements to existing applications. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop high-quality web applications using Django and Django Rest Framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Django and web development. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. * REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Django/DRF development. Strong understanding of Django framework and Django Rest Framework. Proficiency in Python programming language. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
