Maximizing the sales volume and profitability of the brand by ensuring that retail stores are stocked with the right products, quantities, and prices. Achieve sales objective in the business plan through periodic brand performance review, by taking practical and appropriate actions in compliance with brand’s standard.
Job Description:
Develop and execute monthly, seasonal, and annual budgets; forecast to enhance gross margin.
Prepare, select, and order merchandise by analyzing price trends and segmentation strategies.
Undertake pricing activities and monitor Open-to-Buy and Merchandise Plan calculations.
Allocate products for each site using segmentation of product, inventory levels, and pricing strategies.
Prepare reports and analyses related to business execution and planning at both brand and store levels for the company and principal.
Perform other responsibilities and duties as periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and other requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
Drive corporate brand growth by leveraging knowledge of competitive sets, consumer trends, and business needs, both short and long term, to improve sales, KPIs, and gross margin.
Ensure the store has the right product at the right place and at the right time.
Balance the expectations and standards of both the Company and the Principal.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Management.
At least 8 years of professional experience, including managerial roles in brand management or merchandising within the retail industry, preferably with a focus on footwear.
Strong strategic, analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Fluent in English communication, both oral and written.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient in budget preparation.
