Job Title: Division Manager – Mechanical Construction

Compensation: $200,000+ annually (DOE)

Position Summary

We are hiring a seasoned Division Manager to lead and grow our mechanical contracting operations in Montana. This senior leadership role is responsible for strategic planning, operational execution, team development, and overall performance of the division. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and industrial mechanical construction, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth across service and construction segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the mechanical division, including construction, service, and estimating teams
• Provide strategic direction, financial oversight, and operational leadership
• Foster relationships with key clients, general contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure successful execution of projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Drive safety, quality, and profitability across all projects
• Mentor and develop team members to support long-term growth and succession planning
• Collaborate with executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and business development strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in mechanical contracting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial/industrial environments
• Proven track record of managing project teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
