Position: Division Controller
Location: This role can work in office locations near Philadelphia, Detroit, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle, Nashville, or Portland
Worksite Type/Site: In office, but with flexibility
Travel: 20-25% travel, mostly US with occasional international
Compensation: $200-250K base salary
- 40% Bonus
- Additional Long Term Incentive Plan Bonus

Job includes:
- Lead all Accounting Operations for the division including consolidations
- Review Financial Activity and Financial Results of 25-26 global manufacturing locations to identify unusual trends or balances
- Oversight and guidance of technical accounting and SOX, in partnership with our Corporate teams
- Oversee use of systems within the division, including guiding 5-8 locations through a software conversion or upgrade. Site Controllers will take the lead, but this role will be accountable for making sure we are getting good data ongoing, including that which uploads to the consolidated financial statements
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA is required
- Public Accounting or Big 4 Accounting is very nice to have
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Technical accounting knowledge and internal controls experience is required
- Manufacturing industry is a must including inventory accounting
- Multi-site experience, owning key strategic initiatives and oversight of accounting
- Willing and able to get into the weeds, but telescope to high level quickly
- Someone who looks to understand the business from the bottom up
