In this role, you join the Talent and Diversity Advisory team to deliver key results for Company Functions. You will leverage your project/program management experience to develop and implement solutions that will drive outcomes for your businesses.
In partnership with the Talent and Diversity Advisors, you will:
Collaborate with HCM teams to incorporate D&I into in all areas of the employee experience
Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across the Company Functions to help implement customized, practical and commercial D&I strategies for their businesses
Track diversity metrics, highlighting progress and focusing on areas of opportunity
Develop and deliver recommendations on initiatives and learning and development programs that promote a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging
Liaise with external organizations and professionals to develop and deepen relationships in support of our diversity and inclusion goals
Work with and advise employees in groups or individually on issues related to diversity and inclusion
Support and manage D&I events that support the overall strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in HR and/or diversity, equity and inclusion
Critical to the role is having consultative and strong partnership and relationship-building skills and experience interacting with, working alongside HR, and employees at all levels
Collaborative and able to work effectively with peers and colleagues to deliver results
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Proven track record of leveraging metrics, key concepts and best practices, strategies and tools to deliver strong results
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $110,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
