A well-regarded, market leading, Law Firm, offering hybrid working, is looking to recruit a talented Inclusion & Diversity Manager to join the firm’s HR team on a 12 month FTC basis.
The Inclusion & Diversity Manager will report into the Head of HR and work closely with the I&D Leadership team and wider HR team.
The key duties will include:
The Inclusion & Diversity Manager must be passionate about Inclusion & Diversity and be an advocate for this area. They must have a significant understanding and proven track record of delivering Inclusion & Diversity projects. The right candidate must be extremely organised with strong project management experience, they must also have excellent communication skills. They must be able to positively influence a team around them and have a collaborative approach. Knowledge and experience of supporting on I&D strategies is needed for this role.
