We are looking to add a District Sales Manager to our Sales Team for the Northern Portland and Vancouver, Wa. market! This position is responsible for supervising the activities of their Area Managers, establish a regional sales plan, interfacing with all levels of the company, and gaining product knowledge. Must live in the Portland or Vancouver market.
Other duties include:
Leads, trains, educates, develops and meets standard of performance.
Generates product sales to new and existing customer base through marketing and skills set.
Tracks sales progress, obtains sales/production goals, and determines pricing/marketing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.
Effectively manages personnel and related disciplinary issues.
Mentors and leads others in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable laws and within company policy and procedures.
Develops interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and externally.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma Or Equivalent
Live in the Portland, Eugene or Salem area
4-5 years outside foodservice sales experience with 3 years foodservice sales leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft office
Experience with AS-400 systems
