Are you a resilient, commission-driven sales professional looking to control your income and career growth? Envision is hiring a Sales Representative to drive Accreditation and Sponsorship sales on behalf of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). This is a high-impact opportunity with a base salary, uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and performance bonuses—with top performers earning well into six figures per year.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Use our lead database and proactively identify new businesses (especially those recently licensed in California).
  • Sell BBB Accreditation to help businesses build trust and credibility.
  • Offer Sponsorship opportunities and upsell within your customer base.
  • Navigate challenges—like overlapping appointments—with integrity and professionalism.
  • Hit targets and get rewarded through an aggressive bonus structure.

Compensation & Incentives

  • 20% commission on Accreditations.
  • 15% commission on Sponsorships (training provided).
  • Monthly residual income from subscription sales.
  • Bonuses:
    • Earn 2% bonus on revenue collected if you close 16+ units/month.
    • Earn an additional 3% bonus at 20+ units/month (for a total of 5%).
    • Bonus applies to first payments if split.

  • Accreditation: $395–$692
  • Sponsorship: $2,000+

Position Summary

Accreditation and Sponsorship sales on behalf of the Better Business Bureau. Complete ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing. Base salary, uncapped commission on deals closed, monthly residual income from subscription sales, and upselling opportunities into customer base. Top performers earn well north of six figures per year.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include

  • Create calling lists by utilizing lead profiles within the CRM and strategically generate new lists.
  • Cold call leads, locate decision maker, and close deals.
  • Utilize proven sales scripts, rebuttals, and best practices to increase sales velocity.
  • Primary job function to sell new BBB applications for Accreditation.
  • Secondary job function to sell Enhanced Listing Sponsorships to Accredited Businesses.
  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM.
  • Extremely self-motivated. Supported by an exceptional team with a high level of autonomy.
  • Disciplined approach to daily time management to maximize sales activity.
  • Successful candidates will be winners by nature, enjoy a metric driven environment, and be completely accountable for owning their success.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience

  • 2-4 years sales experience required.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Computer and data entry skills.
  • High level of personal accountability.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
  • Dependable transportation and punctual attendance.
