Bike Rental Central Park is a bicycle and scooter rental shop in Midtown Manhattan.

We are looking to hire a team of enthusiastic distributors to provide an amazing customer experience and checkout process to people from all over the world.

Schedule: We require open availability Monday - Sunday, but our store is open from 8am-6pm so there are no early mornings or late nights.

Shift availabilities: Full-time or Part-time

Holidays are considered blackout dates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Provide accurate information about bike and scooter rentals, including pricing, rental durations, and available models.
• Distribute rentals of bikes, scooters, and e-bikes.
• Be able to stand while helping customers. Sitting is allowed when no customers are present.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people in a fast paced sales environment.
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Can easily commute to Midtown Manhattan
  
  

Pay: $16.50/hr
