Job Title: Distribution and Operations Supervisor

Shift: Open to Weekend Afternoon Shifts

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Distribution and Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our distribution and supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse/distribution operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of distribution associates to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory control
• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, transportation, and customer service
• Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance performance and engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of distribution processes, supply chain operations, and warehouse management systems
• Proven ability to analyze and act on performance metrics (KPIs)
• Experience with continuous improvement tools/methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen) is an asset
• Flexibility to work weekend afternoon shifts
