The Distribution Capability Development Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in execution by building distributor capabilities, implementing best practices, and enabling sustainable growth through effective people development, process optimization, and technology utilization. The position collaborates closely with Sales, Customer Service & Logistics, and external distributor partners.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Responsible for the management of all direct & indirect sales field force of MDLZ distributors (TD & NBS) ensuring that they perform based on established standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Core responsibilities include design, management, and implementation of distributor processes such as goal alignment, performance review, effectiveness improvement, and ensure better ways of working that shall drive achievement of revenue, and execution targets of distributors.
  • Ensures administration and coordination among distributors in the execution of key programs that will improve distributor and field force performance.
  • Lead in the assessment, design, execution, and evaluation of distributor capability plans in partnership with MDLZ Customer Team, other related functions, and distributor stakeholders. This role shall also lead the change management of new MDLZ process & systems
