Description

We are searching for an engineering service contractor in display front of screen, environmental/mechanical testing, failure analysis support of mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

Run environmental/mechanical testing in our facility, monitor and report testing progress and result. Process data and initiate the failure analysis of display

Monitor build issues and heads up at display module / final assembly site, solve the issue in timely manner.

Work closely with Reliability team to achieve designed performance, analyze failures and provide proper feedback for design optimization

Work with project teams and supply base throughout product development phase and support the initial product ramp

Commonality study for display failures to understand trend

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to perform mechanical validation is desired

experienced Mechanical engineer from Display Industry, LCD or OLED

Hands-on experience in high volume mass production consumer electronics, display related system strongly preferred.

Strong analytical & critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency of using programing languages (Python, MATLAB, Mathematica etc) and statistic tools (JMP etc) to tackle practical engineering problems are preferred

Concise and effective verbal and written communication in English.

Education

This position required BS/MS degree in mechanical related fields with minimum 1-3 years of experience.
