Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Skokie, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing routes and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Daily tasks include communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to relay information and instructions, monitoring vehicle locations and status, and solving any logistical issues that may arise. The Dispatcher will also maintain records and logs, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
