Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher, Field Service Technician at All Access Services located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role involves tasks such as phone etiquette, dispatching delivery driver. Field service tech role involves, ensuring timely repairs in the field , ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with service manager.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Dispatching
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Communication
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in the equipment rental industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have mechanical experience
• Excellent communication
• Proficient troubleshooting.
• Safe driver
