As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for managing the work order release process, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling and distribution of work orders to support production and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Onsite, Draper UT

Primary Responsibilities

• Executes activities to convert the Detailed Schedule Created orders to Released order status.
• Provides feedback to the Buyer Planner regarding execution of the Created order
• Assists in expediting direct material through Incoming Inspection to enable work order advancement
• Assure initial Detailed Scheduling Plan ERP planning start and due dates are properly captured at work order release
• Provide escalation of shortage, risks, and impact to the supply plan.
• Assure Device History Documentation (DHR) is prepared with the Release of work orders including labels and other required documentation in compliance with Quality standards.
• Key metrics to include Able to Schedule, Schedule attainment & Line-item fill rate
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  
  

Training And Experience

• High School Diploma
• Minimum three years of Planning and Manufacturing or related experience
• Experience working in the medical device industry or a regulated industry preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objective
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus and professionalism, self-starter
