Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Chicago, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics of service calls, scheduling appointments, and managing communication between customers and service technicians. The role involves executing efficient routing of service personnel, maintaining records of service calls, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during dispatch operations.

• Experience in scheduling and logistics coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in using technology.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of local area and geography is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields are a plus.
