Dispatch Coordinator Skills - Knowledge of Transport methods, systems, costs and benefits - Knows how to do analytics review and he himself is an Analytical thinker - Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills - Complex Problem Solving Skills - Has the ability to meet short deadlines and detail-oriented - Team players that can motivate and manage various individuals to work together to achieve the same goal. - Has a very strong sense of accountability and is able to cascade clearly with respective teams Job Description - oversee logistics operations with heavy and detailed focus on Truck deployment with corresponding trailer types, client matching and delivery fulfillment deadlines - assignment of drivers to available trucks - manage transportation and movements of trucks within area of operation - document all transport-related and deployment-related activities - ensure all vehicles assigned are in proper working order - document employee performance - implement hard controls in preventing deployment of drivers and units that are not compliant to client standards - schedule driver trips and instruct delivery routes - in charge of reviewing trip reports, action logs and other trip related issues for accuracy and ensuring compliance with all directives and instructions of superiors Qualifications Graduate of any four (4) year course With atleast 6 months work experience as a Dispatch Coordinator atleast 6months experience as a Dispatch Coordinator in the same field and industry (Truck Trailer operations, Cement, Feeds, and Hauling industry) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php11,700.00 - Php15,000.00 per month Benefits: Company events Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay
