About the Job
Product Development and Management: Oversee product lifecycle from idea generation, business case formulation, to commercialization, especially focusing on telecom-specific products
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct detailed market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that resonate with target buyer personas
Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets. This includes preparing implementation plans and collaborating with sales teams to formulate winning strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and business partners to ensure alignment between product development and market demands. Manage solution vendors and oversee end-to-end service delivery, including provisioning, customer service, and billing
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with necessary tools, training, and materials such as case studies, presentations, and unique selling points to effectively communicate product benefits and facilitate the sales process
Preferred Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with customers to gather feedback, identify use cases, and improve customer experience. Represent the company at industry events and liaise between local markets and global partners to understand market trends, product roadmaps and feature requirements
Technical and Business Acumen: Provide technical consultancy to sales and marketing teams, understand network services and telecommunications industry dynamics, and use analytical skills to suggest product improvements and strategic actions
Content Creation and Communication: Develop high-quality marketing materials including white papers, blog posts, press releases, and website content to support product marketing efforts and enhance brand messaging.
About You
· Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related fields
· Minimum 12-15 years of experience in product marketing within telecommunications or related industries
· Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese
· Strong abilities in project management, problem-solving and strategic planning
· Less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
· Immediate available is preferred
