Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Total Rewards will oversee Cogent's total rewards strategy and framework which include all benefits and compensation. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all total rewards programs are best in class, market competitive, and strategically aligned with Cogent's values, positive culture principles. Having a robust and attractive total rewards program is paramount in ensuring a positive and rewarding employee experience at Cogent. The ideal candidate will have deep compensation experience as well as experience with benefits and the systems that support these programs. The role also serves as a member of the People leadership team. Bring your inquisitiveness, initiative and joy while work with all members of the People team, with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across the Company. This role should be local to the Waltham, MA office with the benefit of a hybrid schedule/environment.
