Job Description
* Partner with global and US based clients on programs exceeding $1 billion in value, ensure successful delivery across complex, geographically dispersed projects.
* Manage and coordinate audits encompassing high-value, high-risk real estate, natural resources, and infrastructure projects across the USA.
* Champion and implement industry-leading best practices in project & cost management, controls, sustainability, and digital transformation for mega-projects.
* Provide direct leadership and oversight for the execution of $1 billion+ Gross Maximum Prices (GMPs), ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
* Lead high-performing Program Management Offices (PMOs) for major, multi-billion dollar development projects.
* Communicate and collaborate with a global client base and internal teams.
* Manage programs across multiple, highly complex sectors and disciplines to navigate intricate stakeholder relationships.
* Develop and present data-driven board reports that effectively communicate project health and progress for billion-dollar programs.
* Champion and spearhead multi-year major digital transformation initiatives to revolutionize assurance practices for largest developers in the US.
* Lead teams in key project lifecycle processes including
* Contract Administration
* Change Management
* Preconstruction Stage Gates
* Funding and Budgeting
* Account Closeout
* Preconstruction Services Management
* Procurement Management
* BI Live Dashboards and Reporting
* Perform the foregoing using:
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
* Project management software (e.g., Ebuilder)
* Bluebeam Revu for document collaboration, quantity takeoffs and markups
* Estimating software for accurate cost control such as Cost
RELATED OCCUPATION:
Sr. Consultant or any other job title performing the following job duties:
1. Planning & Scheduling - Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, monitor project progress, and collaborate with teams for optimal resource allocation.
2. Estimating - Prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze bid proposals, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Activity & Resource Planning - Develop detailed activity plans, assemble, and manage project teams, and provide oversight and guidance.
4. Cash Flow Projections - Prepare and monitor cash flow projections, identify potential challenges, and work with finance to ensure timely payments.
5. Risk Management - Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project.
6. Vendor & Subcontract Management - Establish business relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor subcontractor performance.
7. Bidding & RFPs - Prepare and submit bid proposals, analyze RFPs, and collaborate with teams for competitive bids.
8. Health, Safety & Environment - Ensure compliance with regulations, develop safety plans, and conduct inspections to address hazards.
9. Change Management - Manage changes to the project, assess their impact, and obtain necessary approvals.
10. Quality Control - Develop and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and address quality issues.
JOB TIME: Full Time
SALARY RANGE: $185,000 to $225,000/year
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 6 years of experience in the job offered or 6 years of experience in the Related Occupation
