Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a National Director, Sales & Training. The National Director will lead, and oversee sales operations of all locations, along with Store Managers, District Managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and cultivate a High-Performance Sales Organization. Primary responsibilities include managing T-Mobile KPIs and Initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting training programs, and driving business development initiatives. The role involves regular performance assessments and strategizing to optimize sales and customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
  • Proficiency with having teams engaged on KPIs, Customer Service and Team Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales and training strategies
  • Experience in the wireless communications industry is a plus, in particular metro/T-Mobile
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Charlotte, NC & Travel to other states
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
