Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a National Director, Sales & Training. The National Director will lead, and oversee sales operations of all locations, along with Store Managers, District Managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and cultivate a High-Performance Sales Organization. Primary responsibilities include managing T-Mobile KPIs and Initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting training programs, and driving business development initiatives. The role involves regular performance assessments and strategizing to optimize sales and customer interactions.
